Awkward AI is a creative writing tool, a writing toy, and an entertainment service. The drafts the Service generates are creative starting points and inspiration — they are not finished messages we recommend you send verbatim.

Awkward AI is for entertainment and creative inspiration, not advice.

Outputs are produced by large language models (currently Claude, made by Anthropic). Large language models occasionally produce inaccurate, irrelevant, contradictory, or unsuitable creative drafts — this is a known property of the technology, not a bug specific to Awkward AI.

Outputs do not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of Hyper Mind Technologies, LLC, Anthropic, or any third party.

Outputs are not, and should not be relied on as, professional advice of any kind. Specifically, Outputs are not:

• Legal advice. For legal matters, consult a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.

The Service is designed to refuse, and you agree not to attempt, the following — these are not entertainment uses:

• Forging documents (fake medical notes naming real institutions, fraudulent employment letters, fake government IDs, etc.).

• Impersonating someone else without permission.

• Promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

• Producing sexual content involving minors.

Attempting any of the above violates our Terms of Service. Accounts may be suspended and serious violations may be reported to law enforcement where legally required.

We make no warranty that Outputs are accurate, complete, appropriate, or error-free. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party products (Stripe, social-share buttons, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

References to people, companies, products, or events that may appear in Outputs do not imply endorsement by Awkward AI or the referenced parties. We are independent and not affiliated with any organization mentioned in Outputs.
